Custom engraving is available!!! {Engraving Details} - The number of characters will depend on the ring size. - Can be engraved on the inner or outer circumference of the ring, choose one. - Engraving includes uppercase English letters, numbers, '&', '.', spaces, and twelve zodiac symbols. - All symbols and spaces count as one character. - The height of the English letters and numbers stamp is 1.5mm. - The height of the twelve zodiac stamp is 2mm. - All engravings are done by hand stamping, so they may not be perfectly aligned like laser engraving. The natural oils from your skin will impart a gentle, warm luster to the piece. Avoid vigorous scrubbing and contact with sulfur-containing hot springs or hot water. When not being worn, please use a silver polishing cloth to wipe down sterling silver pieces before storing them in a resealable bag to prevent oxidation. ※ For plated styles, do not use a silver polishing cloth. Simply wipe with a regular glasses cloth. ※ It is normal for the silver polishing cloth to darken. Within the warranty period, repairs for non-human-induced damage are free of charge. Free cleaning services are also provided within the warranty period (scratches cannot be addressed). For a complete silver restoration (addressing scratches, re-plating), a discounted rate of $200-400 is available within the warranty period, quoted based on the jewelry's size and severity. Outside the warranty period, the cost starts at $450 and may increase depending on the jewelry's condition. Chains are machine-made finished products and cannot be repaired, so please exercise caution during wear.
