The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to discuss expedited production.
