We collaborate with manufacturers for our silver and utilize both jewelry and industrial plating processes. If you have concerns about material sensitivities, please consult the designer before placing your order. Most items in the studio are made-to-order. The Pinkoi desktop version displays the estimated shipping time. In-stock items are shipped within 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require waiting time. If you need your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for stock availability or if they can accommodate an earlier production schedule. Items processed by the factory require a longer lead time. Factory processed items include: Wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items below NT$2,000 can be purchased separately). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple purchases will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include one). Please inform the designer if you require separate packaging.
