This is the lotus root motif, the signature of viva*viva jewel. It's designed to look as if our little lotus root is perched atop a delicate, dotted ring. With minimal protrusion, this ring is easy to wear for everyday occasions. The matte finish offers a subtle elegance, yet the design possesses a distinct presence, making it uniquely captivating. The lotus root measures approximately 1.5cm in diameter (we adjust the balance according to your selected ring size). Each lotus root is meticulously crafted by hand, so slight variations will naturally occur between pieces. Please understand this artisanal characteristic. The piece is finished through firing, and subtle differences in hue may also arise with each creation. [About Ring Sizing] If you have a ring that fits well, please measure its inner diameter. It would also be very helpful if you could measure your finger circumference using the method described below. Refer to our sizing chart and select your size from the options. (Sizes #1 to #30) If you know your Japanese ring size, please provide it. [How to Measure Your Finger Circumference] Cut a strip of paper 5mm wide and wrap it around your finger. Measure snugly but not too tightly around the base of the finger where the ring will be worn. As each ring is custom-made to your specified size, we generally cannot accept size adjustments. However, if a size adjustment is absolutely necessary, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. Before returning the ring for resizing, please purchase the additional shipping fee from our designated page. [About the Ring's Join] We use a process called brazing to join the ring ends. This involves cutting small pieces of silver solder and melting them with heat at the join, bonding the metal pieces together. Since silver solder is silver in color, the join area (where the ring is connected) will inevitably have a silver hue. This may become more noticeable over time, and we ask for your understanding in this regard. [Important Notes for Brass Rings] All brass pieces from viva*viva jewel are intentionally left unplated to preserve the natural, appealing color of the brass. Due to the nature of brass, your finger may temporarily turn black during the humid season when wearing the ring. This discoloration can be easily washed off with soap and water.
