1. Customized items and ring resizing are exclusive bespoke services. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product has a defect or there was an error in shipping.
2. All items from our design studio come with a one-month warranty. Damages determined by our studio to be non-human-induced will be repaired free of charge. For human-induced damages, a separate quote will be provided.
3. Custom orders require approximately 15 working days. We will complete them as swiftly as possible!
