If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defect for assessment. The following are not considered defects: # Color Difference: Product photos may exhibit color variations due to different browsing devices and settings. Please refer to the actual product color upon receipt. # Size: Measurements may vary slightly due to different methods, with an error margin of 0.5-1 cm considered normal. # Solder Joints: While crafted with precision by artisans, handmade items may have minor solder points, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these joints is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural. Each gemstone possesses unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, feather cracks, or cloudy inclusions within gemstones are normal occurrences. # Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique, each with its own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent appearance, no two pearls will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day contemplation period, calculated from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day period. The 7-day contemplation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns: # Exceeding the 7-day contemplation period. # The item is not returned in its original packaging box and carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, earring backs, and other accessories that arrived with the product. # Non-normal trial wear, showing clear signs of prolonged use and soiling. # The product has been altered, such as by engraving or modifying its size or chain length. # Promotional gifts not returned. # The product is damaged due to human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day contemplation period. * As per court rulings, custom orders made according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day contemplation period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you wish to add or return items within the 7-day contemplation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
