Skin textures and insect bite scars are natural phenomena. The surface has been treated with a finishing agent; for any dirt, a gentle wipe with a damp tissue is sufficient. ★ Do not use cleaning agents or alcohol-based volatile products for cleaning. ★ All products are handcrafted; please avoid exposure to fire, water washing, sharp objects, or strong pulling. ★ Warranty Period: Two years. ★ Warranty Coverage: Manufacturing defects, detachment of bracelet or necklace connectors, and detachment of leather hardware. ★ Upon receiving your item, please inspect it immediately for accuracy. If you receive an incorrect item or if it arrives with manufacturing defects due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with returns or exchanges (for custom items) and ask that you return the original item within 5 days of contact, along with the original packaging. Failure to return the item within the specified period will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return rights. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition. All packaging, including the product, box, accessories, inner and outer packaging, product card or shipping slip, and any accompanying documents or gifts, must be returned. Returns will not be accepted if any items are missing or if the product is damaged or incomplete. ★ During the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces that break or detach can be repaired free of charge. ★ If the product is cracked, damaged, or partially lost due to external impact or improper human use, we will assess the possibility of repair on a case-by-case basis and charge a nominal fee for materials. ★ Except for manufacturing defects where the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, we will cover the shipping costs for repairs sent back to you. For all other repairs, the buyer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping costs. ★ Before sending any item for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number; otherwise, your request will not be processed. ★ All items sent back for repair must be placed in a sealed zip-top bag and packaged securely with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage incurred during transit. ★ Repair time is approximately 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for natural stones where exact replacements may not be available, we may not be able to perform the repair if no suitable alternative can be found.
