The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop site. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow for production time. If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to discuss production timelines. Items priced at NT$2000 or above will come with a jewelry box (boxes can be purchased separately for items under NT$2000). 2. Sterling silver items without plating will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items purchased will be packaged with minimal waste. (Items that come with a box will still include one). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer.
