Symbiosis / Leaf White / White Porcelain Ring I find myself drawn to plants with a vining nature. Their ability to twine and climb is a testament to their will to survive, and their persistent reach towards the sun. Witnessing such vitality brings an unexpected sense of beauty and contentment. This inspired a thought: if humans, like architecture and plants, were rooted in place, wouldn't we, too, eventually be intertwined in a symbiotic dance with others? And so, with leaves that embrace the fingers like vines, this white porcelain ring was conceived. * A Note on Craftsmanship * 1. Free from molds, each piece is meticulously handcrafted. Consequently, subtle variations exist between rings, which you can consider alongside the dimensions and images below. 2. Before firing, the clay possesses a malleable quality. This, combined with the entirely handmade process, lends the rings a naturally rounded form, rather than a geometrically precise circle. 3. To prevent the glazed surface from adhering to contact points during firing, an unglazed section of approximately 5mm to 1cm is present on the inner band of each ring. Additionally, minor firing marks may appear on some inner bands, resulting from contact with the firing supports. Customization Details / As each ring is handmade, no two will be identical.
