An antique ladies' ring, purchased in London, dating approximately from the 1920s-1930s. The surface relief is raised, making it slightly more three-dimensional than commonly found engravings. The materials are 9K gold and mother-of-pearl. The back bears hallmarks: 375, 9, an anchor, the letter W, and the manufacturer's mark J.R. Both 375 and 9 indicate 9K gold. The letter W signifies the year of production. This ring is made of genuine 9K gold. It is substantial and in very good condition. The ring size is 1.8 cm in circumference, and the face measures 2 x 1.5 cm.
