1. Customized items and resized rings are made-to-order and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
2. All items from our design studio come with a one-month warranty. Damage determined to be non-human-induced by our studio will be repaired free of charge. Human-induced damage will be quoted separately.
3. Custom orders typically require 15 business days for completion. We will strive to finish them as quickly as possible!
