Although it is colorful, it has gold leaf sandwiched in between, making it an item that can be used in a sophisticated way. They are large, shiny and moist, and look very cute and delicious. We use Fremont antique glass, which is considered to be the highest quality in the world. The gradation changes depending on where the glass plate is cut, so no two pieces are the same shape, color, or size.
