✔ The product is made from vegetable-tanned leather and will develop unique marks and a patina over time, reflecting its usage. Please consider if you appreciate this characteristic of leather. Additionally, leather may have natural grain, scars, or other imperfections; while we strive to avoid significant scars, they may occasionally be present. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing your order.
✔ To ensure the rights of registered participants, accompanying individuals will not be permitted to attend the class.
✔ If you are unable to attend on the scheduled day, please contact us.
✔ Outside food and beverages are not permitted. (We offer delicious drinks and desserts for purchase.)
✔ If you wear reading glasses, please remember to bring them.
✔ Rescheduling is permitted once, up to 4 days prior to the workshop (excluding the workshop day). No refunds will be issued.
✔ If you are a no-show on the day, we will contact you via message. You will have 3 days (excluding the day of the no-show) to reschedule. If no response is received or if you choose to cancel, no refund will be issued.
✔ If you fail to attend a rescheduled session, no further messages will be sent, and your right to attend the workshop will be considered forfeited.
