World Map Custom Text Guidelines and Suggestions] The English font and layout design for the world map are as shown in the image: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0370/3545/files/feature_umade-umap-world-personalized-information-title.jpg?v=1626069256 ► Please fill in your desired custom English text in the "Message to Designer or Notes" field on the checkout page. ►► Please note that the custom text you provide must be the **"Complete Customization Text"**. For example: If you want to customize "JERRY'S WORLD MAP," please fill in "JERRY'S WORLD MAP" completely in the form. Do **not** just fill in "JERRY." Orders with complete information will be prioritized. Incomplete orders will require confirmation, which may delay shipment. **Please double-check your content for accuracy after writing. We will print according to your input. Once the product enters production, we will not be able to make modifications or accept returns.** Other notes: * Fonts and placement are fixed designs. We do not provide image proofs or other design adjustments. * Unless previously discussed and confirmed with customer service, please do not request design modifications in the remarks. To ensure timely delivery, unagreed modifications will be processed with the original design without notification. ► Detailed Explanation: ✔︎ Custom text is in **ALL CAPS ENGLISH LETTERS**, or Chinese, or Japanese (must be in the same language). ✔︎ Character limit: For the world map, it is within 35 English letters (including the words "WORLD MAP" and punctuation). You can choose to customize your name + "WORLD MAP" (YOUR NAME'S WORLD MAP), or any phrase you wish (also within 35 characters). *The original design for the small subtitle on the second line is "YOUR JOURNEY, YOUR WORLD MAP." If you wish to change the subtitle, please enter it in the "Remarks" field at the shopping cart page during checkout (within 35 characters). ✔︎ **The airplane symbol to the upper left of the main large text is a fixed design.** If you do not want the airplane symbol, please specify this in the "Remarks" field at the shopping cart page during checkout. ✔︎ **The "O" in the main large text "WORLD" is fixed as a globe symbol.** If you do not want the globe symbol, please specify this in the "Remarks" field at the shopping cart page during checkout. ► Other Notes: ✔︎ For a joint customization by two people, we recommend using "&" instead of "AND" for a more concise and aesthetically pleasing look. Example: "JERRY & IVY'S WORLD MAP." ✔︎ For English names ending in 'S,' standard English grammar suggests omitting the possessive "'S" and using just the apostrophe. Example: "IRIS' WORLD MAP." ✔︎ Symbols that can be added include: , comma / . period / _ underscore / - hyphen / ’apostrophe / : colon / ; semicolon / & ampersand / ... ellipsis / ‘ ’single quotes / “ ”double quotes / * asterisk / ❤︎ heart (white solid) / ✈️ airplane (white solid) / ~ tilde / ? question mark / ! exclamation mark / % percent sign / $ dollar sign / £ pound sign / ( ) parentheses / [ ] brackets * Please note: To address common typos and expedite the customization process, we will automatically adjust the following situations without further confirmation. If you have specific requirements, please state them in the remarks section of the shopping cart page: 1. If your custom text and symbols lack spaces, e.g., "JERRY&IVY'S WORLD MAP," we will automatically adjust it to "JERRY & IVY'S WORLD MAP." If you confirm that no spaces are needed, please specify this in the shopping cart remarks, e.g., "JERRY&IVY no space in between." 2. For obvious punctuation errors, e.g., "JERRYˋS WORLD MAP" or "JERRY”S WORLD MAP," we will automatically correct it to "JERRY'S WORLD MAP." If you confirm that you want different punctuation, please specify this in the shopping cart remarks. [Custom Product Production Time] ➤➤ Please note that as each product is custom-made, it takes approximately 7-10 business days (excluding holidays) to complete after order/payment confirmation. If you have any specific time requirements, please take this into consideration! Here's a brief explanation of why this timeframe is necessary: For the world map, the entire production process involves the collaboration of 7-10 professional staff. From initial information confirmation, file adjustment, design draft modification, proofreading, color correction, printing, to sewing and finishing, we require approximately 12 steps to ensure the quality of your custom product. This involves the cooperation of multiple professionals and a certain amount of time to complete, as well as the focus of each production staff member to ensure the quality of the custom-made item. As a brand that encourages creativity and pursues high-quality products, we believe in providing our colleagues with reasonable working hours to complete their tasks, aiming to deliver the best possible designed product, rather than rushing through the process. Therefore, we sincerely ask you to pay close attention to the required customization time and place your order in advance if you have specific needs. We are grateful to every customer and sincerely thank you for your love of our products and for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We will continue to improve our operational methods to provide more excellent products and higher quality, faster service in the future. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to learn and grow. ..................................................
