Change the water approximately every two days. When changing water, trim the stems by cutting 1-2cm diagonally each time to maintain good water absorption. Remove any withered leaves or flowers as they appear. Trimmed stems that have become shorter can also be placed in small glass vases or jam jars for continued enjoyment. To prolong the life of your flowers, consider adding a floral preservative, a tiny amount of bleach (under 1ml per 200ml water), or a copper coin to the water. ■ Placement Please place in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight and air conditioning drafts, to extend the life of your fresh flowers. ■ Order Modifications and Cancellations If you need to change your order details, card information, or delivery address, please contact us no later than 12:00 PM, 5 days before the scheduled delivery date (e.g., for an order scheduled for June 8th delivery, please notify us by June 3rd, 12:00 PM).
