Nowadays, some lower-quality jadeite can be treated with strong acids or laser etching to fill in color, making them appear similar to high-grade jadeite. In the market, jadeite products are typically identified by the letters A, B, or C to distinguish their quality: - Grade A Jadeite: Natural jadeite, untreated. - Grade B Jadeite: Bleached and resin-infused jadeite, treated with strong acids for cleaning and resin infusion. - Grade C Jadeite: Dyed jadeite, treated with artificial coloring. Only Grade A jadeite is considered genuine; the others are artificially treated. 💖 l Care Instructions l - If not worn for extended periods, store in a moisture-proof bag to minimize contact with air. - Each piece of jewelry should be stored separately to prevent scratches from friction. Necklace chains should be fastened and stored in a moisture-proof bag to avoid tangling. - Sterling Silver: Use a silver polishing cloth. - Gold Filled/Plated Materials: Use a cotton cloth (do not use silver polish). - Jadeite: Gently brush the jadeite with a soft toothbrush and clean water. Rinse with water and then dry with a cotton cloth or let it air dry in a ventilated area. Avoid wearing jewelry when visiting hot springs or in contact with seawater. It is recommended to remove jewelry when showering. Avoid contact with chemical products to prevent oxidation and discoloration. - It is advisable to apply sunscreen and perfume before putting on jewelry. - All jewelry is handmade. Avoid pulling, bending, twisting, or yanking when wearing. 🌹 l Before You Buy l - Jadeite is a natural mineral, so it's inevitable that there may be naturally occurring small stone lines, inclusions, veins, dark spots, white spots, impurities, mineral flaws, sand holes, or fractured ice patterns, etc. These are all natural phenomena and characteristics, not defects. Please understand this before purchasing ♥ - Due to manual carving, there might be slight roughness or unevenness in polishing and grinding. We appreciate your understanding. - Product photos are taken in natural light without retouching. However, slight color variations may occur due to individual screen resolutions and settings. Jadeite Charms Jadeite can be designed into various charms, such as: handbag charms/phone charms/car charms/desk ornaments/door decorations... etc. For custom orders, please discuss your design with our designer ♡ Upon completion of a custom piece, photos will be sent for confirmation. The item will be shipped after mutual agreement. Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. ✈️ l Product Packaging l Eco-friendly paper box / Moisture-proof bag / Two layers of bubble wrap. The moisture-proof bags are made of PVC material with double thickness to better isolate air and prevent jewelry oxidation. 💌 l After-Sales Service l - For elastic bracelets (Japanese silk thread), if you notice small threads loosening, please contact us for a free re-stringing service. - If 14k gold-filled/plated chains discolor due to chemical contact, you can send them back for re-stringing (labor fee NT$300). - It is recommended to replace consumables annually, such as elastic threads/clasps/ear hooks/wax cords (labor fee NT$50~NT$150).
