Artisans hand-forge the base blank, polish each vertical brushed grain manually, and apply double-layer two-tone gold plating. Custom prongs are crafted for the center stone while side stones are individually hand-set. Any flawed piece is completely remade. No assembly-line mass production is adopted. Brushing and micro-pavé setting are labour-intensive, with roughly 20 days of handwork required for each single ring.
