Sterling silver, copper, and wires should be kept away from moisture and chemical agents. Avoid applying excessive force or pulling on the main body of the jewelry to prevent damage. ▍ Maintenance Sterling silver and copper can be polished with a silver polishing cloth to restore their luster. Pearls and gemstones can be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution. You may also periodically send your jewelry to us for professional maintenance. ▍ After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty covering deformation, detachment, or breakage of ear posts or clips. Repairs to the main components and associated shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. In-person repair appointments require advance scheduling. Please note that damage resulting from apparent improper use or excessive force is not covered by this warranty. ▍ Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of shipping errors or significant defects. Other products are eligible for one size exchange only, provided the desired size is in stock.
