Individual finger shapes, susceptibility to swelling, measurement methods, seasons, and temperatures can all affect the fit. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit; a slightly loose or slightly tight ring is considered normal. As long as it doesn't fall off due to looseness or cause pain or discomfort due to tightness, it's considered normal. 2. When using a ring sizer, ensure a comfortable fit that does not slip off. If a size 12 is too loose and a size 11 is too tight, a size 11.5 can be considered. Finger sizes are affected by thermal expansion and contraction in summer and winter; typically, finger circumference in summer is about half a size larger than in winter. Please take this into consideration. Ideally, the ring should feel slightly snug when tried on in summer and slightly loose in winter. If you are prone to swelling, avoid measuring your ring size during periods of swelling to ensure accuracy. 3. If you do not have a measuring tool, you are welcome to visit our studio for a fitting. Alternatively, you can visit a nearby jewelry store or goldsmith and ask them to measure your size with their tools to minimize the risk of an inaccurate measurement. 4. If you have a ring you regularly wear, you can measure its inner diameter and compare it with a ring size chart, or provide the measurement to the designer. The inner circumference of the old ring must be perfectly circular; this method is not applicable if the ring is deformed. 5. If you do not have a measuring tool, cut a strip of paper about 2.5mm wide (paper that is too wide will affect the measurement). Wrap it around your finger and tighten it to a comfortable level. Mark where the paper overlaps, then flatten it and measure the circumference of your finger. Compare this measurement with a ring size chart, or provide the circumference length to the designer. **This method requires particular attention to potential errors caused by the paper not being pulled tight enough or being pulled too tightly.** # Return and Exchange Policy ・As each piece is custom-made by hand after your order is placed, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
