Most items in the studio are made to order. The Pinkoi desktop version displays the estimated shipping time. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please anticipate a waiting period. Items requiring factory processing generally take longer. Items requiring factory processing include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and custom engraving, among other services. Items priced at $2000 or above will be presented in a jewelry box (items under $2000 can have one added for an additional purchase). 2.
