If there are any discrepancies or new defects caused by shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the return, exchange, or repair (for custom orders) process. Please ship the original item back to us within 5 days of contact, along with the original packaging. Failure to return the item within the specified timeframe will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return and exchange rights. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition. All original packaging, including the product box, accessories, internal and external packaging, product cards or packing slips, and any accompanying documents or gifts, must be returned. Returns cannot be processed if any items are missing or if the product is damaged or incomplete. ★ Within the warranty period, bracelets or necklaces with broken or detached chains can be repaired free of charge. ★ If the product is cracked, damaged, or has a missing part due to external force or improper use, we will assess the damage and determine if repair is possible, with a reasonable charge for materials. ★ We will cover the return shipping costs for repairs, except for initial shipping of the item back to us for new defects, which will be the buyer's responsibility. For all other repairs, the buyer is responsible for all round-trip shipping costs. ★ Before returning any item for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair identification number. Returns without this number will not be processed. ★ All items returned for repair must be placed in a sealed zip-lock bag and packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that may occur during transit. ★ Repair time is approximately 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory. If materials are out of stock or discontinued, especially for certain natural stones where identical or similar replacements may not be available, we may not be able to proceed with the repair without an alternative solution.
