If there are any discrepancies or new product defects due to shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with the return, exchange, or repair (for custom items) process. Please ship the original item back within 5 days of contact, along with the original packaging. Failure to return the item within the specified timeframe will be considered an automatic forfeiture of return/exchange rights.
