The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please anticipate a waiting period. Items processed through our factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: Wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at $2000 or above will be presented in a jewelry box (separate purchase required for items under $2000). 2. Non-plated sterling silver items will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental consciousness, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include one).
