Complimentary Warranty Period: Within three months from the date of purchase. 2. For damage incurred under normal use within the complimentary warranty period, which is deemed a quality issue after assessment, ARTIMISI will provide an exchange or complimentary repair. If the issue is not related to quality, a labor fee will be charged. The consumer is responsible for sharing repair-related costs for the jewelry; consumers are also responsible for costs associated with lost accessories, damaged components under specific conditions, or other potential repair needs. a. Gem-grade zircons smaller than 0.02 carats will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period. Gem-grade zircons 0.02 carats or larger will incur a material fee. b. If a pearl detaches but the pin remains intact, and the original pearl is retained, it can be repaired free of charge. c. For a broken pin (pin stuck inside the pearl) or lost pearl, a material fee for the pearl and a labor fee will be charged. 3. For repairs requested more than three months after the purchase date due to natural wear and tear, a repair fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500 may apply, depending on the situation. Charges for gemstones and pearls are additional. We reserve the right to determine whether repair services can be provided. 4.
