Multiple items will be in a larger kraft paper box with twine. Orders over $1200 will receive a complimentary upgrade to ribbon packaging (or you can purchase an upgrade from the product page). ✿ After-Sales Service ✿ ▸ If you receive an incomplete order, incorrect item, damaged item, or a significant defect, please message us within 7 days of receipt (the day of delivery is day 1) for resolution. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. ▸ Jewelry can be repaired or have metal parts replaced (e.g., loose lobster clasps, broken jump rings) free of charge within 6 months.
