As you look up at the sky and gaze at the moon, you wonder if that person is looking at the same moon right now. On moonlit nights, you might think about such things. Then, when someone contacts you and says, "The moon is so beautiful tonight," you realize that there's something about the moon that can change people's hearts. I created this piece remembering the moon on the day of the total lunar eclipse that occurred a few months ago. The light of the full moon before the eclipse was so strong and beautiful, so I created this piece while thinking about its colors. This time, I slightly changed the engraving pattern on the ring, adding linear engravings to further emphasize the intensity of the moon's light. *Please specify your size when ordering. While often confused with artificial stones like cubic zirconia, silver is a genuine natural gemstone. It comes in several colors, including blue, white, and brown. It boasts a sparkle comparable to that of diamonds and is said to encourage new challenges. "Silver 925" Silver 925 (also known as sterling silver) is a mixture of 92.5% silver and other metals, such as copper. Because 100% pure silver is not durable enough for jewelry, 925 is the most commonly used silver for jewelry. Silver 925 as base silver is rarely sold to the general public. Like brass, silver can darken or yellow due to "sulfidation" caused by elements in the air. Therefore, wiping it down after contact with water or sweat and storing it away from air during everyday storage will help maintain its shine. You can remove the black discoloration with silver polish, but silver polish contains abrasives, so you need to be careful not to over-polish or damage the natural stone. The most important thing to be careful of is bathing in hot springs. The sulfur in hot springs can cause the silver to turn completely black, making it impossible to polish.
