Gemstones and sterling silver are sourced from trusted industry suppliers and partners. Plating services utilize both jewelry and industrial-grade plating. If you have concerns about material sensitivities, please consult the designer before placing an order. Most items in this studio are made-to-order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require a waiting period. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a polishing cloth. 『Return Policy』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for items with colors and specifications different from the product description (gemstone color, arrangement, size, material, plated or non-plated), as well as for personalized orders such as engraving, or conversion to clip-on earrings.
