Gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers in the industry, and silver is sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. Plating uses both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing an order. "Production Time" Most products in the design studio are made to order. The shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items will be shipped within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period of 2-6 weeks (excluding shipping time, national holidays, and natural disasters). If you need the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing an order to check for stock availability or if they can accommodate an earlier production time. Items processed by the factory will take longer. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved items, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving...
