Leather itself isn't ideal for absorbing liquids, as it can damage the material. That's why we thought of combining leather with woven cotton, which has excellent absorbency. This way, you get both absorbency and a distinctive new style for your leather!

Making Process
During the workshop, the instructor will guide you through color selection. Each participant will create two coasters, perfect for a couple's set or a family set, allowing for distinct personal pairings. You'll also enjoy a therapeutic and immersive experience by stamping English letters and hardware, making leather crafting simple and relaxed. **(Letter stamping is available!)**

・Capacity: 6-10 people per session (Minimum to start: 6 people)
・Includes: Experience activity Leather inlaid woven coaster x2, on-site tools and materials, gift bag, self-serve black tea.
・Coaster Dimensions: Approximately 11.5-12.5 cm side length (manual measurement, excluding errors)

・Transportation: Take the MRT Green Line or Blue Line to Ximen Station, Exit 6. Turn left onto Zhonghua Road and walk straight for 5 minutes. Turn left onto Hankou Street Section 2 and walk straight for 7 minutes. (Next to the historic Ci Yun Temple)

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session is proceeding before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be mailed. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled session time for check-in. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders not paid after checkout are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis; unpaid orders will not be counted towards the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. Refund and rescheduling policies are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, 95% of the actual payment will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, 90% of the actual payment will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, 80% of the actual payment will be refunded.
D. Rescheduling is permitted within 2 months of the original session date. Please proactively inform us of your chosen new date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduling timeframe, please opt for a refund.
E. For cancellations on the day of the class, no refunds or reschedulings will be accepted as materials and venue arrangements have already been made. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
F. To protect the rights of other participants, attendees who arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows and forfeit their registration.
G. For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany participants unless a child requires assistance from a parent to complete the activity, or in special cases where parent-child participation is necessary. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the handicraft classroom. This workshop includes self-serve unlimited black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for recording and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the potential use of your image in such materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make arrangements accordingly.
