You can clean it using a soft toothbrush with alkaline cleaning agents such as dish soap or toothpaste. This item can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth, but we do not recommend using silver dip. When not wearing your jewelry, store it in the small box provided by the design studio to minimize contact with air. If there are any issues such as an incorrect item or a new defect caused during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of arrival. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom items). Please ship the original item back with the original packaging within 5 days of contact. For all other repairs, the buyer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs. ★Before sending any item for repair, please contact us to obtain a repair number; otherwise, we will not be able to process your request. ★All items sent back for repair must be placed in a sealed zip-lock bag and packaged with protective materials such as bubble wrap before shipping. We are not responsible for any further damage that occurs during transit. ★The repair time is approximately 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the condition of the item and whether it needs to be sent back to the factory.
