Each piece is meticulously crafted by hand, with the design drawn freehand and the metal cut to shape. The finishing process involves firing to achieve a warm, inviting color. Please note that slight variations in color and shape may occur with each creation. [About Ring Size] If you have a ring, please measure its inner diameter. It would also be very helpful if you could measure your finger circumference using the method below. Please refer to the size chart and select your size from the options. (#1~#30) If you know your Japanese ring size, please let us know. [How to Measure Finger Circumference] Cut a strip of plain paper to 5mm width and wrap it around your finger. (Measure around the base of the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring it's neither too tight nor too loose.) As we create the ring to your specified size, we generally cannot accept size adjustments. However, if a size adjustment is absolutely necessary, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For size adjustments, you will need to purchase the additional shipping fee from the dedicated page before returning the item to us. [About the Ring's Joining Area] When forming the ring, we use a technique called soldering. This involves melting small pieces of silver solder with heat to join the metal parts together. As silver solder is, of course, silver in color, the joining area (the seam of the ring) will inevitably show a silver hue. This may become more noticeable over time, and we ask for your understanding in this regard. [Notes on Brass Rings] All brass pieces from viva*viva jewel are intentionally left unplated to preserve their unique, aged character. Due to the nature of brass, your finger may turn black when wearing the ring, especially during warmer, more humid seasons. This discoloration can be easily washed off with soap.
