For repaired items, please provide photos and discuss with the designer. The quotation will be based on the damage condition. The round-trip shipping fee needs to be borne by the designer. Jewelry maintenance methods 1. All accessories, regardless of the material, will slowly oxidize and discolor over time due to moisture. Try to avoid hot springs/rain/sweat or chemicals, etc. 2. The oil on the body skin is the best natural care. Wearing jewelry regularly will make the jewelry produce a warm and natural luster, but it varies from person to person and is not suitable for everyone. 3. When you are not wearing jewelry, please keep it dry and put it in a thick transparent ziplock bag to prevent oxidation and discoloration. 4. There is a Silver cleaning cloth included, which can be used repeatedly. If you are worried about being allergic to the ingredients in the Silver cleaning cloth, please rinse with clean water after wiping, wipe dry with toilet paper and then wear it. 5. As all products are treated with special texture, free maintenance is provided within the first three months of purchase, but please bear the round-trip shipping costs by yourself.
