The packaging comes with a thick zipper bag for jewelry, a flannel bag, a Silver cloth, and a storage box

Pure silver will darken over time as a normal oxidation phenomenon. In order to slow down the occurrence of oxidation, pure silver jewelry should avoid contact with chemicals, chemical gases, high temperatures, hot springs, and other environments.
Depending on the individual's physique, wearing habits, and the way in which perfume is used, the oxidation rate will vary.
－Can be stored in a flannel bag or zipper bag when not worn.
－Metal part oxidation can be wiped with Silver cloth.
－If the product needs to be returned for repair due to man-made damage, the freight must be borne by itself and the wages and material fees will be charged according to the situation.
－Due to the consideration of the hygiene of earrings and the customized size of the products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless they are damaged during delivery, serious defects (such as size errors), etc.
－Hand-made will be arranged after the order is placed and the payment is completed, so the production time will need to wait 7-14 working days
