The Actias formosana, known as the "Moon Goddess Moth," is a large species belonging to the Saturniidae family. Males have golden-yellow wings, while females display a beautiful jade green. They primarily inhabit the low to mid-elevation mountainous regions of Taiwan. The exquisite jade green of the female's wings inspired its creation, and the wings are dusted with silver powder, shimmering with every movement.
