The Pinkoi desktop version displays estimated shipping times. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. Made-to-order items require a waiting period. If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for stock availability or their capacity to create it for you. Items processed by the factory require a longer production time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
