Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and sterling silver is also procured from reputable sources and partnered manufacturers. For plating, we utilize both jewelry and industrial plating techniques. If you have concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing your order. Most of our products are made to order. On the Pinkoi desktop version, you can view the estimated shipping time. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you need an item sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check for availability or to confirm if a rush order is possible. Items processed through our factory require a longer lead time. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
