Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver is procured from reputable sources and manufacturers. For plating, both fine jewelry and industrial plating techniques are used. If you have concerns about material allergies, please inquire with the designer before placing your order. Most items in our studio are made-to-order. The Pinkoi desktop version displays the estimated shipping time. In-stock items ship within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you require the item sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to check availability or discuss expedited production possibilities. Items processed by our factory require a longer timeframe. Factory-processed items include: Wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at or above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items below NT$2,000 require separate purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental consideration, multiple items purchased will be packaged with minimal waste (jewelry boxes will still be included if applicable).
