In the market, jadeite is typically identified by the letters A, B, and C to distinguish the quality of jadeite products: - Grade A Jadeite: Natural jadeite, unprocessed. - Grade B Jadeite: Bleached and resin-infused jadeite, treated with strong acid cleaning and resin infusion. - Grade C Jadeite: Dyed jadeite, treated with artificial coloring. Only Grade A jadeite is genuine; the rest are artificially treated. 💖 Care Instructions 💖 - If not worn for an extended period, store in a moisture-proof bag to prevent prolonged contact with air. - Each piece of jewelry should be stored separately to prevent scratches from friction. Stringed jewelry should be fastened before storing in a moisture-proof bag to avoid tangles. - Sterling Silver: Use a silver polishing cloth. - Gold-filled/plated: Use a cotton cloth (do not use silver cleaner). - Jadeite: Use a soft toothbrush with clean water to gently brush the jadeite. Rinse with clean water and dry with a cotton cloth or air dry in a ventilated area. All jewelry should not be worn while in hot springs or exposed to seawater. It is recommended to remove them when showering. Avoid contact with chemical products (to prevent oxidation and fading). - It is recommended to apply sunscreen and perfume before putting on jewelry. - All jewelry is handmade. Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. ✈️ Product Packaging ✈️ Eco-friendly paper box / Moisture-proof bag / Double layer of bubble wrap. The moisture-proof bag is made of PVC material and is double-thickened to better insulate from air and prevent jewelry oxidation. 💌 After-Sales Service 💌 - For elastic bracelets (Japanese silk thread), if you notice loose threads, please contact us for a replacement. Free re-stringing service is available. - If 14k gold-filled/plated chains discolor due to contact with chemical products, they can be sent back for re-stringing (labor fee NT$300). - It is recommended to replace consumables annually, such as elastic cords/clasps/ear hooks/wax cords (labor fee NT$50~NT$150).
