When wearing earrings, minor scratches and metal oxidation may occur due to friction and collision; this is a normal phenomenon. For repairs, please provide photos to the designer for discussion. All jewelry, regardless of material, will slowly oxidize and change color over time due to moisture. Please avoid contact with hot springs, rainwater, sweat, or chemical products. 2. The natural oils from your skin are the best form of care. Regularly wearing jewelry can give it a warm, natural luster. However, this varies depending on individual body chemistry and may not suit everyone. 3. When not wearing your jewelry, ensure it is dry and then store it in a thick, clear resealable bag to prevent oxidation and discoloration. 4. A silver polishing cloth is included and can be reused. If you are concerned about an allergy to the cloth's components, rinse the jewelry with clean water after polishing, dry it with tissue paper, and then wear it. 5. As this product features a special textured finish, we offer free maintenance within the first three months of purchase. However, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
