1. The Handcraft course is valid for one month from the date of this reservation/purchase. You can reserve a course time slot via the website's in-app messaging system during this period. Failure to use the course within the validity period will be deemed as forfeiting the course qualification and will not be eligible for extensions or refunds of fees or course materials.
2. No physical tickets will be sent after purchase. Please present your registration confirmation or order on the day of the event to enter.
3. Due to limited on-site material packages, please complete your reservation 7 days before the event. If you do not make an appointment in advance, Anniu will have the right not to provide course exchange service depending on the on-site conditions.
4. Course tickets cannot be used as cash coupons to redeem other products, nor can they be used to exchange items. We use Anniu original vegetable tanned cowhide. If you want to change the leather grade, you must call to make an appointment 7 days in advance and pay the price difference depending on the situation.
5. To protect the quality of the course and the rights of every student, please be on time for your course reservation. Failure to show up within 20 minutes of the course starting time will be deemed as forfeiting your reservation for that day. If you do not notify Anniu two days in advance of the date and time change, no refund or extension will be given, and the system will directly display the course as completed.
6. Due to limited classroom space and to maintain teaching quality, students are not allowed to bring companions to class.
7. The handcraft course is suitable for all beginners over 12 years old, and can be successfully completed under the guidance of the instructor.
8. Animal leather is a natural product. Any scratches, insect spots, and growth marks on the leather surface are all natural patterns. Returns and exchanges are not possible after confirmation and agreement before the course begins.
9. The leather is made by water dyeing, and the color of each batch may vary. Please refer to the leather supplied on site for accuracy.
10. In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or typhoons, classes will be suspended according to the announcement of government agencies. If participants are located in the announced suspended areas, please inform us in writing. We will confirm and reschedule the class.
