1. Customized items and ring size adjustments are bespoke services. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product has a defect or an error in shipment.
2. All items from our design studio come with a one-month warranty. Damages determined to be non-human-induced by our studio are eligible for free repair. For human-induced damages, a separate quote will be provided.
3. Custom orders require approximately 15 business days for completion. We will strive to finish them as quickly as possible!
