When not wearing your jewelry, store it in the small box provided by our studio to minimize contact with air. If there are any issues with the product being incorrect or defects caused by shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or repairs (for custom items). Please return the original item within 5 days of contact, along with the original packaging. Failure to return within the timeframe will be considered an automatic waiver of return/exchange rights. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.
