Welcome to Leather Atelier HaruKa.
We are based in a studio in Jiyugaoka, Tokyo. We hold creator qualifications for Loper, a brand that blends leathercraft and sneakers, developed by the Osaka-based product design brand proef. We offer workshops and custom-made services for shoes and various leather items.
Our workshops are available for individuals and can be booked upon request. Please let us know your preferred dates and times between 10 AM and 10 PM.

1: Choose Your Pattern
Select the shoe pattern you wish to create.
2: Choose Your Sole
3: Choose Your Size
We offer unisex sizing from 21.5cm to 29cm, in 0.5cm increments.
4: Choose Your Material
We offer a wide variety of materials, including domestic leathers and Italian leathers. Options include embossed, foiled, patent, and printed leathers featuring crocodile and ostrich textures, as well asハラコ (haircalf), PVC, tweed, ribbon laces, and even antique kimono obi sashes and vintage fabrics.
You can select your preferred combination.
5: Crafting Your Shoes
The main steps are as follows:
Cut out the pattern.
↓
Place the pattern on the leather and secure it with masking tape.
↓
Using leather scissors, cut the leather along the pattern.
↓
Sew the leather and sole together using thread and needle.
↓
Completion!
⚫︎ Estimated Time
Depending on the pattern chosen and individual differences, you can complete one pair of shoes in 3-6 hours.
● Delivery Method
After selecting your sole and materials, we will send you a kit to your home via Zoom or Google Meet.
The kit will include a list of necessary tools and instructions. While you can craft the shoes yourself, we also offer online inquiries and lessons.
