Peridot is said to bestow a sun-like brightness on the wearer, teaching the importance of self-affirmation to those who tend to overly negatively or feel excessive pressure. Garnet In ancient Europe, the red stone (also found in other colors) garnet was considered a symbol of blood, and warriors would carry it as a talisman to protect themselves from injury and ensure their safe return. As such, this stone is deeply connected to blood and vitality, symbolizing life and instilling a positive attitude toward life, making it a stone that has long been associated with human culture and history. It is also known as the birthstone for January. Citrine The name comes from its resemblance to the color of the citron fruit. Citrine is divided into two types: one made from amethyst heated underground or artificially, and the other made from heated smoky quartz. Most citrine sold on the market appears to be amethyst-based. Also known as a symbol of the sun, this stone is said to convey the importance of letting go rather than holding back.
