Those who mind, please consider carefully before ordering. ▍Care Instructions For hygiene, please disinfect earring posts or clips with an alcohol wipe before wearing. Silver, brass, and threads should avoid contact with moisture and other chemicals. For elastic cords, wear them by rolling them on and avoid excessive force or pulling on the main body of the accessory, which could cause damage. ▍Maintenance Silver and brass can be polished with a silver polishing cloth to restore their metallic luster. Pearls and gemstones can be cleaned with a dab of neutral soapy water. After wearing, it is recommended to gently wipe with a dry cloth before storing in a ziplock bag to keep dry and minimize oxidation and tarnishing. You may also periodically send your items to us for professional maintenance. ▍After-Sales Service All products come with a 6-month warranty, covering deformation, detachment, or breakage of earring posts or clips, and repair of main materials. Shipping costs for repairs will be borne by the buyer. In-person repairs require prior appointment. Damage resulting from obvious human misuse or excessive force is not covered by this warranty. ▍Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene considerations, earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable, except in cases of shipping errors or obvious defects. Other items are eligible for one-time exchange due to sizing issues, provided there is stock. If no alternative size is available, an exchange cannot be made, and shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Return or exchange requests must be submitted within the 7-day appreciation period after receiving the item, and the packaging and contents must be returned intact.
