If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult the designer before placing your order. 「Production Time」 Most items in our collection are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for availability or to see if expedited production is possible. Items requiring factory processing will take longer. Items involving factory processing include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
