Use a non-stretchable paper strip or measuring tape. Wrap it snugly around the "widest part" of the finger where the ring will be worn. Then, measure the length against a ruler to find the "Inner Circumference." (Note: This method may have a larger margin of error due to variations in individual measurement techniques.) 4.
