Use a non-elastic string or measuring tape. Tightly wrap it around the "widest part" of the finger where you intend to wear the ring. Measure the resulting length against a ruler to determine the "Inner Circumference." (This method may have a larger margin of error due to variations in individual measurement techniques.) 4.
