The natural oils from your skin will give the piece a warm, lustrous sheen. Avoid vigorous scrubbing and contact with sulfur-containing hot springs or hot water. When not wearing, please wipe sterling silver pieces with a polishing cloth and store them in a ziplock bag to prevent oxidation. ※ For plated items, do not use a silver polishing cloth. Use a regular eyeglass cloth for cleaning. ※ It is normal for the silver polishing cloth to darken. Outside the warranty period, restoration starts at $450 and may increase depending on the condition of the jewelry. Chains are machine-made finished products and cannot be repaired.
