Please avoid wearing while soaking in hot springs, engaging in strenuous exercise, or bathing. For care, simply wipe with the included silver polishing cloth or a regular glasses cleaning cloth. When not wearing for extended periods, store the jewelry in a resealable bag to prevent oxidation.
