For damages incurred under normal use within the free warranty period, and determined to be a quality issue, ARTIMISI will offer an exchange or complimentary repair. If the damage is not due to a quality issue, a labor fee will be charged. Consumers are responsible for sharing the costs associated with jewelry repair; for lost components, damaged jewelry under specific conditions, or other potential repair issues, consumers bear the responsibility for these costs. a. Gem-grade zircons under 0.05 carats will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period; a material fee will be charged for gem-grade zircons over 0.05 carats. b. If a pearl detaches but the pin is intact, and the original pearl is retained, repair is complimentary. c. For broken pearl pins (pin stuck inside the pearl) and lost pearls, a fee for pearl materials and labor will be charged. 3. For natural damages occurring more than three months after the purchase date, repair services will incur a fee ranging from NT$300 to NT$1500, depending on the assessment.
