What makes this cheesecake unique is the addition of white chocolate. While its flavor isn't overpowering, it beautifully enhances the creamy depth of the cheese and adds complexity to the cookie's taste. Additionally, this cake is topped with a homemade chocolate cookie crumble made with cocoa powder. Since the Oreo cookies within the cake become soft, the crisp cocoa cookie crumble on top provides a delightful textural contrast. We use French cream cheese, which has a delicate texture when eaten raw and a refreshing taste in cheesecake – slightly tart and subtly savory, never too heavy or greasy. You can truly taste the cheese's aroma without it being overly sweet. Made with fresh eggs and natural animal-based heavy cream, it’s crafted with genuine ingredients and generous portions. The base is a handmade, exclusive sweet tart crust, thoughtfully crafted without added preservatives, using carefully selected high-quality ingredients that you can taste.
