Please refer to the actual product color upon receipt. # Size: Measurements may have a margin of error of 0.5-1 cm due to different measurement methods, which is considered normal. # Solder Marks: While crafted with precision, handmade items may have minor solder marks, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness at these points is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones are natural, meaning each will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, lines, internal fractures, or cloudiness within gemstones are normal. # Pearls: All pearls are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While we select pearls for consistency, no two will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for a 7-day inspection period, starting from the day after the item is signed for. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day inspection period. The 7-day inspection period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: # Exceeding the 7-day inspection period. # Item not returned in its original packaging box and carton. # Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper cartons, or earring backs, etc., that were delivered with the product. # Not a normal trial fit; the item shows clear signs of extended wear and soiling. # The item has been altered, such as by engraving or resizing/chain length adjustment. # Promotional gifts not returned. # Item damaged due to human factors upon return. # Engraved items are considered custom orders and are not eligible for the 7-day inspection period. * As per court rulings, custom orders made to the consumer's specifications are not subject to the 7-day inspection period, and therefore, custom orders cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount remains above the free shipping threshold, no shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day inspection period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
